Terms of Service

Using the bot, dashboard, or Roblox modules means you agree to the expectations below. Everything centres on fair usage and keeping your community safe.

1. Acceptance

Inviting, authorising, or interacting with Viscra equals acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Opt out by removing the bot and discontinuing access.

2. Eligibility & compliance

You must meet Discord and Roblox age minimums (13+) and agree to their terms and community rules, alongside applicable local laws and UK regulations.

3. License & responsibilities

We grant a revocable, non-transferable license to operate Viscra in your guild. Server owners are accountable for permissions, bindings, and automation outcomes.

Misconfiguration safeguards: Double-check bind ranges, XP promotions, and logging channels. We are not responsible for adverse actions caused by inaccurate inputs.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Exploitation: Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing private endpoints.
  • Harassment: Using automation to spam, grief, or intimidate members.
  • Automation abuse: Sending excessive API traffic outside of approved game handlers.
  • Unauthorised access: Attempting to impersonate Viscra staff or unlock restricted commands.
  • Misrepresentation: Falsely claiming partnership or staff affiliation.

5. Virtual data

XP, EP, or quota measurements are virtual records without monetary value. We take backups, but catastrophic failures could still cause loss.

6. Premium & white-label

  • Availability: Custom shards and white-label bots run best-effort uptime.
  • Token handling: You are responsible for keeping Discord bot tokens secure prior to sharing. We encrypt at rest but cannot eliminate all risk.
  • Refunds: All purchases are final unless required by law or granted at our sole discretion.

7. Suspension

We can suspend or blacklist servers without notice for violations. Only the owner can view sensitive data; other staff require your consent before accessing configurations.

8. Warranties

The service is provided "as is". Downtime may occur during restarts, deployment windows, or provider outages.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, opportunities, or goodwill tied to your use of the service.

10. Changes

Terms may evolve. Material updates are announced in the support server, and continued usage implies acceptance.
